Edit Pokémon catalogue

Card and expansion edits update the shared database used by the website and Android app. Game descriptions and cover art are saved as separate display metadata. Existing IDs, set links and ownership stay unchanged. New cards receive their own ID.

For game editing, this changes the game tile image only. For cards or expansions, it updates their catalogue artwork. Collection ownership is untouched.

Save card art in apps/catalogue/upload/tcg_images and link cards to their locally hosted images. Already-hosted artwork is preserved. Import sets and cards before downloading images.
